The 25th Annual Real Estate Market Forum, covering trends in real estate, construction, and the local economy in the Spokane-Kootenai-Bonner area, was held on Thursday, February 14th at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. An outstanding group of speakers were assembled by the Market Forum Planning Subcommittee, led by the 2012 SKRERC Chair, Rick Vernon.
